We aim to keep everything as straightforward as possible for our customers. These Terms and Conditions explain what you can expect when using YesLoans.co.uk and what you agree to when submitting an application through this website.

Parties

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between:

you, the person using this website and/or submitting an application for a loan; and

Quick Loans Ltd, trading as Yes Loans, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the broker”.

Quick Loans Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and appears on the Financial Services Register under Firm Reference Number 763132.

Our address is:

Purpose of this website

Quick Loans Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender. We provide a loan matching service by passing your application details to one or more lenders, credit brokers or finance partners who may be able to consider your application.

We do not make lending decisions ourselves and we do not provide loans directly.

There is no charge to you for using our service. If your application is accepted by a lender, broker or finance partner, we may receive a commission for introducing you. The amount of commission may vary depending on the applicant, the lender, the broker and the product offered. If you would like to know the amount of commission we received in relation to your application, please contact us.

By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

What you are agreeing to

we may collect the information you provide and pass it electronically to one or more lenders, credit brokers or finance partners for the purpose of trying to find you a suitable loan;

those lenders, brokers or finance partners may store, process and assess your information in order to consider your application and, if successful, manage any account or agreement you enter into with them;

we may pass on your consent to those lenders, brokers or finance partners so that they may search the records of one or more credit reference agencies or fraud prevention agencies where this is necessary to assess your application;

a credit search may leave a footprint on your credit file. The type of search and whether it is visible to other lenders will depend on the lender, broker, finance partner or credit reference agency involved. More information is provided in our Privacy Policy;

we may redirect your web browser to the website or application page provided by the lender, broker or finance partner that is able to consider your application;

if a lender, broker or finance partner accepts your application but you do not complete the process, they may contact you to explain how you can return to or complete your application;

we may receive a commission from the lender, broker or finance partner if your application is accepted or if you enter into an agreement with them.

Completing the application form

You confirm that the information you provide in the application form is accurate, complete and up to date.

You also confirm that, where you provide financial information, it is a fair reflection of your current circumstances and is not likely to change in a way that would affect your ability to repay the loan.

We pass your application information to lenders, brokers or finance partners on the basis of the information you provide. They may use this information, together with information obtained from other sources, to decide whether they are able to offer you a loan.

Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in:

your application being declined;

you being offered a loan that is unsuitable or unaffordable;

your application being treated as fraudulent;

a report being made to one or more fraud prevention agencies;

the lender, broker or finance partner withdrawing any offer made to you.

Some loans may be repayable over several monthly instalments. Before accepting any loan, you should consider whether you can afford all repayments due under the agreement, not just the first repayment.

Loan offers

If a lender, broker or finance partner is able to consider your application, any offer will be based on the information you submitted and any additional checks they carry out.

We do not recommend any particular loan and we do not assess whether a loan is suitable for your individual needs. You must read all documents, pre-contract information, repayment terms, charges and conditions provided by the lender before entering into any agreement.

If you have any questions about the loan, the repayment terms, the total cost of credit or whether the loan is suitable for you, you should contact the lender before signing or accepting the agreement.

You are under no obligation to accept any loan offered and you may stop the application process at any time before entering into a loan agreement.

No guarantee of approval

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions guarantees that we will be able to find you a loan or that any lender, broker or finance partner will accept your application.

If we are unable to find you a loan, we will tell you. We accept no liability for any loss, cost or inconvenience arising from our inability to find you a suitable loan.

If you are struggling financially, taking further credit may not be the right solution. Free and impartial guidance is available from MoneyHelper at www.moneyhelper.org.uk or by calling 0800 011 3797.
